All New Inquiries

Thank you so much for your interest in attending MissionFest Toronto.  According to our policy each new mission organization requesting participation at MissionFest requires board approval.

Please note that the MFT exhibit floor is comprised of a mix of booths: 80% missions/ministries, 10% education and 10% commercial.

The purpose of being an exhibitor is:
To provide information regarding your organizations work in the field/ education
To provide opportunities to serve with your organization

We require the following information regarding your organization:
1.    Application
2.    Statement of Faith
3.    Statement of Purpose
4.    Your organization’s legal status. registered non-profit, registered charity, incorporated
5.    How long has your organization / ministry been in operation
6.    Complete address
7.    Who you are affiliated with?
8.    Mission Statement
9.    Brochures/Pamphlets
10.  List of conferences you have participated in as an exhibitor?
11.  What your focus would be if you attended the MissionFest Conference.
12.  List of Board of Directors
13.  Two references
14.  Statement of activities / description that your organization is involved in such as:

If you do training, short term/long term, community development, tent making, support services, etc.  What countries do you work in?   Who do you work with? Adults, Youth, Children, Retired or Semi Retired?  What People Groups you work with; Muslims, Hindu, Buddhists, Tribal People, etc.  Include other information that would help us get to know your work and who your organization is. (Colleges/Seminaries please include the Missions courses that you provide and also information on the Short Term Trips your school has done in the past and what is planned for the coming year.)

The MissionFest Board may request from your organization documentation to show financial accountability.
