Registration for Mission Fest Toronto closed with the conference itself. What is worth keeping from the page is not the form but the list it carried: short biographies of the people presenting that year, which together sketch the kind of speaker the conference drew.

Who they were

Two things are visible in that list. The conference mixed people running large organisations with people whose work started in a personal loss or in one neighbourhood, and it put artists on the programme alongside directors — consistent with the arts corners it had introduced a decade earlier.

Who the 2018 programme put in front of the room
The presenter biographies on this page are longer and more specific than anything the main conference published, and their common feature is that almost nobody on the list is only a missionary. Mark Jurgeneit, co-leader of Youth With A Mission Muskoka, is described as a former secondary school teacher and property developer who is simultaneously a company president, a mortgage broker and a YWAM co-director — someone whose stated interest is using business as a vehicle for mission and treating business itself as a place that needs the gospel.
Jude Hodgson came to her role at the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem's Canadian branch through its board, which she chaired until 2010 before becoming director of communication and operations the following year. Dave Marttunen of Fellowship International is introduced through the death of his nine-year-old son — a biography that leads with loss rather than with a posting, which is an editorial choice the conference made and not a detail this record supplies.
Taken together the list describes what a regional chapter programme was for. These are not keynote names booked to fill a convention hall; they are working directors and coordinators from organisations within reach of Milton, presenting to an audience small enough that a biography could be read before the session. That is a different event from the conferences in the archive, and it is the form the organisation had moved to by its last year on record.
What the page was, and what it says now
This address held a registration page. Its final published state carries the line "conference and registration has ended" above a countdown that had run out, and the presenter list beneath it — which is why the biographies survive at all. A page that had been replaced rather than left in place would have taken them with it.
No registration mechanism is reproduced here and no contact route is carried, because the event is eight years past and there is nothing on the other end of either. What the page keeps is the part with documentary value: who the organisation asked to present in its final year, and how it described them.
The countdown itself is a small piece of evidence about when the record stops. It was still counting towards an event in October 2018 when the page was last published, and nothing was put in its place afterwards — no thank-you notice, no date for a following year, no closing statement. The page simply stayed as it was, which is how most of this organisation's material ends.
