The people who ran it

Very little of the staff page survives. Two coordinator roles are legible in the archived version: Ruth-Anne Thomas as pre-school room coordinator for the children's programme, and leaders from Heritage College and Emmanuel College as seminar host coordinators.

That is the whole of it, and padding it would mean inventing. The people the record does name appear in other documents rather than here:

• Executive directors: Jude Hodgson, quoted in the 2009 material; Sharon Ganesh, who led the organisation for seven years and oversaw five conferences; and Wayne Hinds, who moved from the board to become interim executive director during the transition.
• Board chairs: Bill Fietje in 2002, Ken Little in 2005, John Verdone in 2008, and Sam Tita at the time of the transition.
• Managing director: Marie-Lucie Spoke, quoted in the 2001 material on the conference being built for whole families.
• Founders: Philip Wood, Bob Morris and Bill Fietje, with the 1996 steering group listed in full on the history page.

Beyond the paid staff the organisation ran on volunteers across some seventeen departments, described in the volunteer record. What the organisation was, and how it was constituted, is on the about page.

What thirty coordinator titles describe

The roster names roles rather than an org chart, and the roles are the interesting part. Two are listed before its "Management Team" heading — an executive director and an online communications coordinator — and the record evidences employment for the first of those only, through the 2017 notice of her resignation. Everything else is a coordinator title attached to one function of one weekend — catering, children's programme registration, the pre-school room, the exhibitor hall, facilities, finance, first aid, hospitality, the main information centre, the Mission Adventure Programme, merchandise, parking, photography and video, prayer, programme-guide advertising, promotions distribution, security, seminars, seminar hosts, speaker and artist care, technical, ushers and greeters, volunteers, and the workshop series.

Read as a list it is a conference; read as a structure it is an organisation with one full-time person at the centre of about thirty volunteer department heads, each owning a function outright. That is why the record thins so quickly once the names stop being published: there was no second layer. When a coordinator stopped, the function stopped with them.

Some names appear more than once, which is the same point from the other direction. Jason Brown holds facilities, parking and security simultaneously — three of the most physical jobs on the site, in one person's hands. Sharon Ganesh appears both as executive director and as the coordinator for programme-guide advertising, which is a revenue function rather than an administrative one. Barbara Ganesh takes merchandise sales. Four titles in the published list have no name against them at all — MAP, photography and video, promotions distribution, and the volunteer coordinator role itself — which is what an unfilled position looks like in a document nobody went back to tidy.

Where this list sits in the record

The roster comes from the conference's later years, and it pairs with the volunteer department list as two descriptions of the same operation: this page names the people who owned each function, that one describes what each function actually involved and what it required of anyone joining it. Neither document would be legible without the other — a title like "MAP Coordinator" means nothing until the volunteer guidance explains the Mission Adventure Programme.

No contact details from the roster are reproduced. The names are carried because the organisation published them in a stated role, which is a matter of record; a phone number or an address is not, and it would be a live contact route to people who stopped holding these positions years ago.

One title on the list has no equivalent anywhere else in the record and is worth spelling out: the seminar host coordinator is not a person but an arrangement — the role is credited to leaders from Heritage College and Emmanuel College, two of the Bible colleges that also exhibited in the hall. An exhibitor supplying the volunteers who introduce the seminars is the conference's convening logic applied to its own staffing, and it is the only place the two roles visibly overlap.
